Ocumare is a shared dining experience conceptualized in Tulum, Mexico by Michelin Star chef Mauricio Giovanini. He created a menu inspired by his travels around the world featuring: Indian, Moroccan, Argentinian & Spanish cuisine paired with the best seasonal & local products.

Ocumare brings a new approach to dining in Tulum, beyond the appetizer-entrée-menu, combining a variety of delicious small dishes to be shared amongst good company. A selection of shared plates, offering different varieties of dips, fresh seafood, flavors from the grill & more.

Ocumare is the name of a foreign cacao seed whose fineness and quality surpassed boundaries & changed the Mexican cacao culture forever, attributed to its genuine character and nature.
