Ocumare is a fine-dining tribute to Mexico’s roots, ancient ingredients, and cooking techniques. Created by our Chef Luis Escamilla, the menu recovers flavors and dishes from all over the country, from the Baja California desert to the Yucatan peninsula.
Our vegetables are harvested from an organic orchard called Mestiza de Indias, which is part of a sustainable food program that supports local communities in the Yucatan. To complement our cuisine, we offer a mixology journey based on Mexican distilleries. Our curated selection of natural and world-class wines elevates the dining experience.
